Managed IT for title agencies

IT support for Maryland title and settlement companies

Title Office Guard is the IT department for independent Maryland title agencies that don't have one. We run your email, Microsoft 365, and website, and we close the gaps criminals use to redirect closing funds.

Why title agencies need a different kind of IT provider

A general IT company keeps the printers working. A title agency needs that too, but it also moves other people's money on a deadline, holds non-public personal information, and answers to underwriters and ALTA Best Practices. The most expensive IT failure in this business isn't downtime. It's a single forged email that redirects a closing wire.

That's why our work starts with the things criminals actually use: whether email can be forged from your domain, whether every mailbox has two-step sign-in, and whether anyone would notice a mailbox being read by an outsider.

What we handle

AreaWhat we do

Where we work

We support title and settlement agencies across Maryland, including Montgomery, Frederick, Howard, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Prince George's, Carroll, and Harford counties, the Eastern Shore, and Western and Southern Maryland. Most work is done remotely the same day, with on-site visits by appointment.

How to get started

  1. Run the free check. The spoofing check shows in seconds whether email can be forged from your domain.
  2. Get your Exposure Report. A free nine-point report from public records, sent within one business day. Request it here.
  3. Take a 15-minute call. We walk through what we found and what it would take to fix it. No pressure.

Common questions

Do you only work with title companies?

Title Office Guard is built specifically for title and settlement agencies. It is run by Haddad Solutions, LLC, an IT and automation firm that has supported Maryland title offices since 2024, so we already know the closing software, the underwriter expectations, and the wire-fraud risk that come with this business.

Do we have to switch email providers or closing software?

No. We work with the Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace you already have, including Microsoft 365 purchased through GoDaddy, and your closing software stays exactly as it is. We protect and manage everything around it.

Do you come on site?

Most support is handled remotely the same business day, which is the fastest way to fix most problems. On-site visits anywhere in Maryland are available by appointment for things that need hands, like new equipment or office moves.

How much does IT support for a title company cost?

Title Office Guard plans are a flat monthly price: $495 for up to 5 users, $795 for up to 15, and $1,595 for up to 25, with no hourly bills. There is a $995 setup fee that is waived with a 12-month agreement. A one-time Spoof Lockdown is $750.

Can you help with ALTA Best Practices and our underwriter's security questionnaire?

Yes. The technical items in Pillar 3, such as multi-factor authentication, password policy, software updates, encryption, and monitoring, are part of what we set up and maintain, and the monthly Guard Report gives you documentation to show an assessor or underwriter. We don't provide legal advice or certify compliance.

How fast can you start?

Most offices are onboarded and locked down within about a week of the first call, scheduled around your closing calendar.
