These terms govern your use of titleofficeguard.com, operated by Haddad Solutions, LLC ("we," "us"). By using the site or requesting an Exposure Report, you agree to them.

The Exposure Report

The free Exposure Report is an informational summary based on publicly available information about a domain at the time it is prepared, such as public DNS and email-security records, registration details, and basic website settings. It is not a penetration test, a full security audit, or a guarantee that your systems are secure or insecure. Findings can change at any time, and public records do not reveal everything about how your systems are configured.

Please only request a report for a domain you own or are authorized to act for.

Our services

Paid services, including Title Office Guard plans, the Spoof Lockdown, and the Spoof-Proof Promise, are provided under a separate written service agreement. Plan descriptions and prices on this site are a summary; if anything here differs from your signed agreement, the agreement controls.

Using this site

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, submit false requests, or use it to send spam. We may block access to anyone who does.

Content and trademarks

The text, design, video, and graphics on this site belong to Haddad Solutions, LLC. Other product names mentioned, such as Microsoft 365, Qualia, and SoftPro, belong to their owners and are mentioned only to describe compatibility; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

No warranty

The site and the Exposure Report are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Haddad Solutions, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the free Exposure Report. Our responsibilities for paid services are set out in the service agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
