Privacy Policy

Title Office Guard is a service of Haddad Solutions, LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through titleofficeguard.com and in the course of providing our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request an Exposure Report or contact us, we collect your email address, your agency's website or domain, and anything else you choose to send us, such as your name, phone number, or message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and security providers record basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to keep the site secure and working. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam on our form and Cloudflare Web Analytics for privacy-friendly visit counts; neither uses advertising cookies.
Public business information. To prepare Exposure Reports and to reach out to businesses we think we can help, we review publicly available information about organizations, such as public DNS and email-security records, domain registration details, and contact details a business publishes on its own website. We do not log in to, test, or scan anyone's systems to create these reports.
How we use information
- To prepare and send the Exposure Report you request, and to follow up about it.
- To respond to your questions and provide the services you sign up for.
- To contact businesses about our services, with an easy way to opt out.
- To protect our website and services against spam, fraud, and abuse.
- To meet legal obligations.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers who help us operate, such as our website host, Cloudflare (security and performance), and our email delivery provider, and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The spam-protection check on our form may set a short-lived cookie that is strictly necessary for it to work. Because we don't sell or share information for advertising, there is nothing to opt out of through Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, but we honor those signals.
Email from us
If we email you, every message includes a way to stop further emails. You can also reply "no thanks" or write to hello@titleofficeguard.com at any time, and we will stop.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and report information for as long as needed to respond, follow up, and maintain an accurate record of our communications. Client information is kept for the length of our relationship and as required for accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Security
We protect information with the same measures we recommend to our clients, including encrypted connections, multi-factor authentication on our systems, and strict email authentication on our own domains. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it by emailing hello@titleofficeguard.com. Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights; we honor access, correction, and deletion requests regardless of where you are.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Our site links to other websites, such as haddadsolutions.com. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here and update the effective date above.
